Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled with more than 48hr notice will not be charged. Appointments cancelled with less than 48hr notice will be charged 50%. No shows will be charged 100%. Clients who arrive more than 15min past their scheduled service time will be charged for the full service, even if there is no longer time to complete it. Thank you for understanding!
